Veyla and these terms

Veyla is operated by Daniel Mmanga in New Zealand. These terms apply to use of Veyla. Contact veylastories-support@googlegroups.com with questions, complaints or requests concerning your account or content. Our privacy policy explains our handling of personal information.

Adults and content choices

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to access the content in your location. Veyla includes general, romantic, mature and erotic fiction. Respect content warnings and age restrictions. Stories are creative works and are not professional advice.

Your account and conduct

Keep access to your account secure. Use a public alias without impersonating another person. Do not harass, threaten, disclose another person’s private information, distribute malware, bypass access controls or use the service unlawfully. Do not upload sexual material involving minors or material you lack the right to share. Follow the community guidelines presented during onboarding.

Stories and other contributions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. By submitting content for a feature, you give Veyla permission to store, reproduce and display it as needed to operate that feature and make it available to its intended audience. This does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated advertising rights. Contact support to request removal. Readers must not republish others’ work without permission or a lawful basis.

Safety and account restrictions

Report abuse or rights concerns to support. We may restrict accounts or remove content to address violations, safety concerns or legal obligations. You may contact support to ask for a decision to be reviewed. No service can guarantee that every contribution is accurate or that all abuse will be prevented.

Availability and paid features

Features may be unavailable during testing, maintenance or changes. Registration and community features are available only when expressly opened. Veyla Plus subscriptions are not currently offered for purchase; a waitlist does not create a subscription, charge you or unlock paid access. Any future paid service will disclose its price and applicable terms before purchase.

Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. New Zealand law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Material changes will be described on the service before taking effect where practicable. You can stop using Veyla and contact support to close your account.
